Breakfast, the first meal of the day is important with healthy breakfast recipes. It is the meal that is entered into our body after 10 long hours of night sleep. And as we had not taken any kind of food or water into our body, our body becomes dehydrated. So, it is a must to say that the breakfast should be healthy enough to get us to feel energized again for the day. As the days in our office is long or you have to do all the chores at home, then you must not skip this crucial meal at all. As the food gets in, the body starts functioning properly making you feel loaded with energy to work the whole day.
And as we need to work so the meal should be healthy enough with rich nutrients to get that extravagant energy. I am sharing some healthy recipes here which you can make within few minutes to have it in your breakfast.

The recipe –

Bread with egg omellete – This food is the popular one to add it in your breakfast list. But be sure to eat wholegrain bread instead of the wheat flour. As you all know the recipe but still i am changing some things in it.
The Recipe –
Take 1 egg and crack it in a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt,coriander leaves, 1 chopped tomato and make the omellete on the pan by adding oil before you put the mixture.Then Take 2 pieces of wholegrain bread, apply ghee or butter on it and toast it on a pan. You can add cheese if you like.
Smoothie – This is the new recipe to lose weight and to stay healthy. And this is quite refreshing to take it in your body,as they pack a big serving of fruits and veggies into your first meal of the day..
let’s quickly get the recipe –
Take a cup of milk, add your favourite fruits, and any seed( hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds ) and just blend it. Hoolah… enjoy it. You can also add almond milk, coconut milk to make your smoothie more delicious.
Veggies Bowl – This is totally out of the box recipe.
You just need to slightly toast your favourite vegetables in the olive oil. And can add quinoa or a cup of rice. You can add boiled or poached eggs to it or any flavoured sauce. It is just your recipe. Make it interesting by adding your favourites. And this is a quick one to have.
Pancakes topped with banana slices and honey -These are one of my favourites. This is the ultimate filling up your stomach recipe.
The recipe –
Preheat oven to 200 degrees; have a baking sheet or heatproof platter ready to keep cooked pancakes warm in the oven. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; set aside.In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons butter (or oil), and an egg. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; whisk them. Heat a pan over medium. Fold a sheet of paper towel in half, and moisten with oil; carefully rub pan with oiled paper towel.For each pancake, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter onto pan, using the back of the spoon to spread batter into a round.Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst. Flip carefully with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on the underside.
Most importantly, serve warm with desired toppings such as butter, maple syrup, honey, jams, sweetened whipped cream, or chocolate syrup. You can refrigerate it the night before and can toast it for your breakfast easily so that you do not get late for your early office hours.
Chappati with stuffings – This is the most popular indian type of food which can make you stay full all day long.
