The practice has even given some high achievers what seems like super-powers, helping them create their dream lives by accomplishing one goal or task at a time with hyper focus and complete confidence. It activates your creative subconscious, law of attraction, programs your brain and builds your internal motivation.

Learning to be present cures a lot of ills and prevents them from happening in the first place.“Live in the moment”, “Be present”: that’s how to be happy, apparently.

At times we all have those negative or “unwanted” feelings and emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger and the like, or feel bored and troubled– even depressed.
Let Go Of Negative Feelings. Allow yourself to feel what your body is naturally feeling. Experience the emotion; hold on to it for 5 minutes. Accept the emotion and that you experienced it. Take a mental step back from the issue that caused the emotion. With a clear mind, breathe deeply until you feel the positive thoughts ingraining within you and your soul.
12. SPREAD KINDNESS
Adding a dose of compassion to someone else’s day not only uplifts their spirits, but makes you feel happier, too. And while most of us intend to be compassionate beings every day, our hectic schedules and busy lives can often get in the way of simply being kind to one another. It doesn’t take much to turn someone’s day around. A smile, a compliment, a small gesture. Here are 10 simple ways to spread kindness today…
- Really listen – David Ausburger once said, “Being heard is so close to being loved that for the average person, they are almost indistinguishable”.
- Share a book that changed your life – If something you read had a profound and positive impact on your life, why not spread the word? Encourage as many people as possible to tap into that same source of wisdom and inspiration.
- Share a meal – Invite people over to share in the (delicious) fruits of your labor.
- Show up – If your friend is holding birthday drinks, or it’s their band’s first gig, or they’re desperately keen to start a book club, show up. But you never know how much it will mean to them to have your company and support.
- Be openly appreciative – Tell your nearest and dearest how much you love them. Smile and have a chat with the shop assistant serving you. Thank people whenever they invite you to something, help you out, teach you a lesson or generally brighten your day.
Therefore, make the most out of everyday by these methods.
