  1. The tree

Tree Pose stretches the thighs, groins, torso, and shoulders. It builds strength in the ankles and calves, and tones the abdominal muscles. Like a tree, extend your roots & your arms up towards the sun.

2. The downward facing dog

  • Strengthens the Arms and Shoulders, tones the Core and Waist, brings Blood Flow to the Brain, stretches the Spine and Strengthens the Back.

3. Cobra pose

The pose strengthens the entire shoulder area. It also creates more flexibility into the lower back, massages the digestive organs and relieves menstrual pain. This pose opens the physical body as well as also provides a gentle opening for the heart.

4. The child pose

  • Helps relieve fatigue,helps lengthen and stretch out the spine,it also gently stretches the ankles, hips and shoulders, stimulates digestion and elimination.

5. Plank

  • Strengthens Your Core,increases Muscle Definition,heightens Metabolism,reduces Back Pain,gives You Better Posture,Improves Balance,enhances Bone and Joint Health & boosts Mood and Relieves Stress.

6. Bridge

Do these for at least 20 minutes for 15 repetitions per asana in a day but do these every day with discipline. If you are getting bored to start, take up a challenge for at least 20 days.
